April 7, 2014
Amy Phelps , MOV Parent

Two new CDs are being released this month for kids.

In honor of El Dia de los Ninos award-winning Colombian musician Andres Salguero will release on April 22 a debut family CD, "Uno, Dos, Tres con Andres" (Salsana Records, $10.) Each song on this CD is a new style of Latin or Latin-inspired music. "Hola Amigo" is reggae, "Los Colores" is bachata, "La Clave" is salsa and "Love Song" is bolero. Each song will make you want to get up and dance! The album is available at 123andres.com, cdbaby.com and iTunes. An all-Spanish version of the album is coming soon.

Parents' Choice award-winning band The Little Rockers Band is releasing their third album, "Count Me In!" on April 15. This dance party album is meant to get kids up and moving through different styles of music, like 90s rock, 50s rock, honky-tonk country, Motown, beach/surf style and more. The funny "Old Mick Jagger" combines the "Old McDonald" and "Moves Like Jagger" songs. The differing styles make sure that everyone in the family will find something to like. The album is available at littlerockersmusic.com, amazon.com and iTunes.
