This handy guide gives tips on getting the whole family outdoors and on the nature trail. There's tips on how to hike with infants from birth to six months and toddlers, child-directed hiking with your preschoolers, tips for school-aged hiking and hiking with your teenager. There is also a special chapter on hiking with special needs children.
