Children's Arts Festival

ARTSBRIGE's annual free children's arts festival will be July 23-24. The theme is "Arts n Animals." It will be held from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thursday at Parkersburg City Park with "Divas and Dogs" performance and Caring Canines therapy dogs, painting, music and dance performances, a visit from Ronald McDonald and more. It will be held from noon - 1 p.m. Friday at the MOV Players Theatre in Marietta with a performace by "Divas and Dogs."

Parkersburg Library Toddler Time

Toddler Time for 2-year-olds and younger is from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays. Must register. Call (304) 420-4387 ext. 20.
