Clowning Around

Clowning Around at the Washington County Public Library June 29 at 1 p.m. for children ages 8-12. Enjoy an afternoon with some local clowns who will explain what clowning is all about. Have your face painted, learn how to make balloon animals, and do some magic tricks. Snacks will be served.

Parkersburg Library Summer Reading Program
