In honor of the new iCarly episode, my kids and I had an iCarly party and what better food for an iCarly party than spaghetti tacos? Some scoffed or gave me weird looks when I mentioned this combo,  but I'm here to tell you, once your taste buds get past the "Huh? I associate crunchy taco shells with Mexican food, why am I tasting Italian?" they actually aren't that bad.
